Nope just the stupid looking elbow fold.
There's no shoulder gap because the armor on his shoulder area closes the gap, but that could change, as this is the prototype, and hot toys may change it for articulation purposes...

Really.....I've been around for a bit here and have a couple of these figures.
Damn, I've created a monster here in this thread !! I did initially also notice the elbow on the pic, but thought it's a cool pic otherwise. Oh well. Is what it is and same as any other seamless figure.
I still prefer that to an exposed joint though.....maybe that will start another whole debate
In the scene when he gets ready to fight the trinity and stands up to pick his sword, it is clearly taller than he is. You also get an idea of the size when cap parries his first blow. It's damn big, definitely bigger than the prototype.

Looks a little narrow.. Wouldn't mind it being a bit wider. But definitely not a deal breaker for me.
Random question but does anyone know what material his blade was made out in the movie?
