Mine shipped from SS last Thursday, it finally arrived last night - WOW. Such a remarkable piece. I'll throw some pics up once I get him posed. Can't tell you the method behind the madness as far as the shipping - I didn't anticipate seeing this guy for awhile. Maybe I got moved up the list because people cancelled? That could be a part, maybe. Either way, beautiful figure, and yes, mine too has the Elvis hips. Not noticeable when standing on his own weight though.

So, it actually *is* the same sculpt, however it's from the bent arm of the IW Thanos...the straight arm uses a slightly larger/wider forearm piece - the bent arm uses the one this Thanos has. It definitely is a different detail and paint hue though.

Interesting. I just noticed this porting the bent arm over to armored Grimace.

That throne looks bad ass. However, having figures sit comfortably in chairs to me is always tricky. The clothing/outfit has to allow for it. When it comes to the EG/Armored Thanos sitting on the throne, I’m not too fond of the way those two hanging flaps at his waist on the front of his armor bend extremely forward.

The IW Thanos seems better tailored for it since he simply has the cloth pants, so the outfit is less restrictive and has less components on it that can potentially suffer damage from bending in an awkward position.

Tempted to buy that throne. Looks like a nice display option to have around. Hope there's some third party store that can ship it in the US.

I'm one of those customers who got charged my final payment for this figure last week and recently received the delay notice. I talked with SS and they agreed to give me a temporary refund and then charge me again whenever they actually get more of these in stock.
