I am convinced that you do not read my posts correctly. Of course it's my opinion. Did I ever say it was a fact? Did I ever say being filthy rich is a problem?

Hi there, I guess my main point was that Raf is not a flipper. He's a friend and I don't know who you are, so naturally, I was probably to eager to jump in and defend him. Sorry if I missunderstand and read your post incorrectly.

I finally got myself the AVP TRIO!!

Haha...well not in the traditional HT AVP realm, but in the HT Snap Kit scale. Got these tiny suckers used on ebay and I'm very impressed at the details, considering how tiny they are. Each comes with detachable bios (head sculpt underneath is a joke obviously), detachable ceremonial blades that can be unshealthed, posable shoulder cannons, skull necklaces on a string (though the one on Chopper seemed to be missing), weapons, and quite a lot of articulation (although the articulation is negated by the armor and dreads though).

Elder and Chopper look fantastic...Celtic's bio is decent from a side profile but pretty bad from a frontal perspective...

Great pics! Nice to get a better look at those little guys. So is the quality and movement (not poseability, but movement) of them any good? I've never held one, but the pictures always made them seem like they'd come apart in your hands. Hope I'm wrong, as those pics of yours are quite cool.

Hm...they feel pretty sturday actually, but head movement is poor due to the dreads. Elbow and knees are on ball joint so they are decent, but hip and shoulder movement is again hindered by the armor. Holding weapons and keep the bios are is a little tricky, but the seller I got mine from used some sort of sticky thing to keep the things in place (not sure what its called but the type of "dried" glue that is easy to remove and doesn't stain or destroy the paint).

@ vareika how much did you score those HT snap kits for?

I've been looking on ebay for unassembled set for ages but they go for quite a lot ($200 i've seen) and ship from HK or somewhere in Asia. Ran into this set - $66 shipped from a domestic seller so I grabbed it. Not exactly cheap but pocket change for me (when compared to my other HT preds lol)

That's a pretty awesome deal. I was never too interested in the AVP snap kits, but the Aliens ones looked great. Pity that the price of a full set is totally inflated, heh. I might as well buy my AVP Scar Predator with that money :lol.
