As much as it would be easy money for them to pump out all the AVPS i really do not think they will. Their original intention was not to re release EVERY figure put out on the old body. But the title figures then move onto 1:4 and release previous figures thats never seen the light of day

But they remade P2 in 1/6. We can only speculate as to what they'll do at this point.
I think one of the reasons HT is re-doing their preds is to take a bite out of the secondary market, they see what's happening and know there's a market to revisit. With the AVP preds still fetching good amounts and the armor and bodies being so similar i'd be shocked if they didn't remake the main three and the elder. It would be easy money for HT and they know it!

Celtic would sell as well as, if not more than Scar.
Id deffo buy a new Celtic. I think casual fan would rather buy the title Predator if they were just looking for 1 to represent the movie though. Celtic is 1 of the 2 predators i have never had. So i would love for it to start with a remake one. Then i can have Scar AND Celtic the real leader of the trio!

If they reissue Scar they'll definitely make Celtic & Chopper. That's unless Scars PO sales sucked which is unlikely to happen.
I agree, it would be too easy for them to knock out the Celtic & Chopper if they already have the Scar armor, body & weapons. Easy money for HT!!!! Hopefully they will redo the AVP Elder too

Yeah but Scar chopper and Celtic have different armor. I think guardian Predator was the last predator with the clip-in armor parts so i highly doubt they would remake the avp armor and then add the ability to take it on and off like the originals. Or even recast the originals. Everything since guardian has been glued in/or fully sculpted armor. So they wouldnt be able to pump out Chopper and Celtic (Elder) as easy as they did the originals (as they just didnt add bits of armor).
So we would need new body armor, new masks(and even if we get new mask we would need new heads so we can have one with the scar) and new gauntlets. It would not be as easy as the first run.
I dont know why i keep shooting the idea down cos id love the remakes.
I know, Scar has the added armor that covers his mid chest to his waste armor but that is simply a piece that can be left off the Celtic & Chopper. Still I just don't see them passing up the opportunity to remake these. I've said it before and I'll say it again, I think these remakes have something to do with the secondary market, HT sees the prices these figs and others can go for and want that money. That and the Predators sell well!

I have to agree with that. Just like the MK I. I remember people saying that'll never get reissued because other than the sculpt they can't improve on it but HT must of seen the crazy money it was going for on eBay & decided to profit on it, just how I feel they will with the AVP's. Plus the AVP Preds were made along time ago & it'll give them the excuse to say there new customers will have a chance of owning them. Besides if HT don't make these then someone like Enterbay may pick up the licence. Something I'm sure HT would hate with there obvious fondness of Preds & hate for Enterbay

I would really like to see what EB could do with preds. I just know that either if HT keeps re-doing them or EB somehow gets their hands on the license its an exciting time for anybody who does not have the 1st releases of any of the preds. Let's just hope they do better with likeness issues than they did with P2.

There's no guarantees with hot toys anymore. They will probably remake everything eventually. But not all remakes may be better. I still find the OC bats superior to the con ex Wayne bats. Thoughit comes with a better HS, the body has massive flaws and attracts dust like a magnate and just makes him look fat.

Well, IMO, as much as I hate HT remaking stuffs (let's forget that for a while) I would like to see AVP Predators got remade. And if they do I hope they will make much better improvement (finggers crossed, unlike P2).
If they're screwing with me they better make it really good. Like other fellow freak said, it's been almost 5 years since Celtic came out.
Perhaps they can bring much better improvements.
Nonetheless, I still love every single AVP I own and of course the rest of the predators.

If they remake the AVP Predators, and they look better than City Hunter I will for sure buy AT LEAST one of them; probably only Scar, or maybe I'd swing for a Celtic since I don't own one at all.
