I think I know those auctions you're lookin' at. I have them favorited too . Another Chopper auction that was actually incomplete ended early yesterday for around $430 shipped. These will probably go for more than that, so I'm not a fan of using feeBay for older Preds. Good luck, man.

Scar and Celtic are the only ones with no boots. Hate to say it, but your Scar might not be legit.

Yeah the Chopper is already risen in price, i may as well just get Scar if I'm going to over pay that much any way. I think once I get Scar I'll be okay, besides the new ones the only other Pred I really want is the Elder 2 but I think he has risen to value that is just unreachable. I can live without Celtic, Chopper, Ancient.

you may be right Blade, it doesnt bother me much though because the figure is in minty mint shape and everything else that came with it is too so no use crying over the boots having blades i guess.

But it's not $600. $400-something at the most loose, depending on where you buy from. Deals under $400 can be found for some of these too. You just gotta look, bro.

Maybe it's because the AVP's are the ones that originally took me by storm, but they give off such rays of epicness that the other Preds I own have never given off. Then again, the only other Preds I have are the P2 series. I used to have a P1, and still the AVP's rocked me most. All this might change once I grab all the Preds from the new film, so time will tell. In the end, here's what you need to know, Macularius. If you really truly want one of the AVP's, go for it. My Celtic was the only Pred that had me cross the $400 mark (actually, the $300 mark too) and I don't regret a single penny of it. I love him so friggin' much!

Wow i think I figured out why the Scar I'm bidding is staying at a relatively low price, the seller has only sold two items, one in 2008 and 2006, add that to the fact that he's in china....

You can get an Elder and Chopper for under $400 loose every now and then. Celtic's the priciest out of the original four, so once you've jumped that hurdle, the others aren't too difficult to snag. Well, maybe Scar at times. I still need to grab a Scar and Chopper to complete my set. Don't have any interest in the Ancients, as they go for enormous amounts of money. That and the fact that their signature accessory (alien head impaled on a spear) would probably sell for over $100 too. This, for me, is where the pricing starts to get out of hand.

I have the AVP Elder. so I have one already, just want the main character now (Scar) to fight my Grid alien.

The Spear with Alien head is a waste IMO. It is so heavy, the Ancient can barely hold it up. And if it does, it highly increases the chances of a shelf dive. Mine went into a box for storage and never came back out.
