The Elder was the best one ever. I missed getting him but I do own the Predator from the first Movie and have Dutch to go along with him. I guess that will just have to do me... now they cost so much it's not worth buying them. I'm not a Rockefeller so I don't have a grand to buy the Elder and don't care enough about the others....Love the collection though.. what a great series of Toys.. Dammit Hot Toys! Make the Danny Glover character from Predator 2 please !!!

People like the Elder so much because he is the first clan leader we see, and the sculpt on the fig is awesome. Well, those are my reasons atleast. Also..you do know he has this whole pirate backstory, right?

I only like the elder because he looks really sweet. If he didn't look as cool as he did I wouldn't like him nearly as much. He's definitely cooler than gort/guardian etc.

Here's the cliffnote version.

Pirate captain experiences a mutiny. Greyback actually helps the captain in defeating his entire crew. During the battle he finds respect for the captain. The captain gets mortally wounded and before he dies, he gives Greyback his prized pistol and wish the final words:"take it," he dies. Though the comic stories aren't really canon, I really thought this backstory they came out for Greyback was really awesome.

Quick question if someone could just take a peek at the DVD real quick for me. Did Chopper carry a spear at all? I feel like I didn't see a spear on him when they got a back shot of him.

Unless i'm forgetting somthing, we don't know which one of them speared the guy in the wall, then threw it out the door. If that was Chopper, he could've just left his spear there.

I think it was Celtic that did the killing in the whaling station cabins. Dunno who flung the spear into that one guy, but Celtic was in the other shots, it seems.

Well, it could be any of them. Remember Chopper does have the two cleaned skulls, and we know they were all near each (the trio) other sense after Celtic throws Quinn (if thats his name), Chopper and Scar appear behind Celtic.

i think they all had spears when they geared up. celtic and chopper didn't have the plasma cannons though...only scar managed to use one.

Well there was a shot after the guy got thrown down the tube and Celtic and Chopper walks right pass him and we get a clear shot of the back of both of them. Was wondering if anyone can find that screen cap.

only shows how amateur this trio is right? leaving your weapon behind in combat/hunt = lousy hunter/soldier.
