I may be missing some other accessories, but that's already too much listed than I would be comfortable with.

I would invest in a new body. (if your willing to spend more.) I would try to drill through the quills.

It came with the stand.

After the initial shock has worn off, I think it's salvageable. My brother is the one in the family who is good with models, so I think he will be able to fix it. Whenever we get Hot Toys, I wait for him to open it and he puts it together. Hah hah hah

I don't suppose anyone has any extra quills they'd be willing to sell?

Absolutely. There was a ton of space between the figure and the packaging. When I picked up the package, I felt it shifting around a lot and knew bad things were in store for me.

Well, because the price for this piece is so low, I suspect it was broken before it was shipped. The owner wanted this off his hands and clearly is not a collector of valuable figures.

The poor packaging makes for a great cover up.

I'm sorry, I just have my doubts.

It's not like it was buy it now for $290. It was poorly listed, and not too many people saw the auction. It would take a real piece of crap of a person to break it because it sold for so low.

Well, it's not completely a wash.
You can commission some of the very talented members here who can repaint and rearrange what quills you have left so that it would appear as if none are missing.

It came with the mask, the cape (which looks like it has a piece of bird crap on it ) and a short sword with holster.

I can't tell you how enraged I would be if I found a deal that great, and recieved the item broken because of POOR-ASS packing.
The price doesn't even matter at this point imo. I would send it back and get a full refund just so I would know that he is left with a broken piece of junk, and no money.

These kind of sellers are out there.
Let's not forgot the Chilean sellers fiasco. These guys were [supposedly] selling these much sought-after figures for amazing prices (Elder, Celtic, Scar, etc.). The members here received their packages with magazines in them.
