I always really liked the look of that figure, but I never picked it up because of the Demon which I didn't have any use for.

I'd love to see a Batman Begins version with both a Crane and a Scarecrow sculpt and accessories like the briefcase, a loose mask and one of those stuffed bunnies. They also need to throw in de straightjacket again.

Yep that's the one, it was a toyfair exclusive if I remember correctly.

All those accessories would be great and they could throw in the fire breathing horse while they're at it

I think the movie is pretty good and for some reason I have loved the voice ever since seeing TDKR for the first time.

Never had the original Bane either, but this is very tempting.

I also love the Bane voice. It's weird, but I love it. The Harley Quinn show makes excellent use of it. For good or ill, that is what Bane sounds like to me. It's cannon. Imagine that voice speaking, "I am Bane... and I could kill you. But death would only end your agony... and silence your shame. Instead, I will simply break you." Prior to TDKR, Bane sounded like Franz Sanchez or Tony Montana.

Not for sure no. John mentioned on a recent stream Bane is a figure he really wants and maybe some mistook that for confirmation.

He said they're working their way through the list of figures announced last year before starting on anything else.

Still, it seems a good bet Bane and Catwoman will be part of their phase 2 maybe next year.

I have the original HT Scarecrow which I love, but it was such a bare bones release. Hopefully they revisit him and do the character justice.

I agree and the masked look would work great with the movable eyes. They also need to include the gas canisters on his belt with hoses going through his jacket sleeve

You know, when HT teased their 2023 slate, there was a lot of “I guess we won’t be getting X since Hot Toys didn’t mention it” but they didn’t mention anything about celebrating WB 100th anniversary and here we are. So, if anything, this release indicates that, on some level, teaser they showed at the beginning of the year definitely wasn’t all they had on the docket. I just hope that this 100th celebration goes beyond jus this figure.

Oh, so the base is just exactly what Catwoman 2.0 comes with- minus the chain- and the gate fencing is a slab of printed card… that’s pretty lame.

Just when I thought HT were upping their game, they still have to throw in an obligatory element of that’ll-do-ism.

Well they included a Bale Batman as part of phase one. They haven't confirmed which suit but we assume it'll probably be TDK suit to match with Joker. Can only hope they do the Begins suit as well.

It's genuinely confusing why they deemed that ancient figure good enough for rerelease in 2023 yet they thought the TDK suit needed, what, a 4th reworking since that original MMS figure? And also yes that Bane needed a complete revamp. Not that he doesn't look worth it but FFS the Begins Batsuit surely merits a brand new figure aswell. Hot Toys are bizarre.

Perhaps they just don't think BB is very popular? They've never made a Ra's al Ghul figure which to me is a travesty!

This new Bane looks fantasticccc!!!!!!!!

I have the first Bane and a few third party sets, but this'll be a great addition!!!!

The new seamless upper torso (from what we see so far) is oh so good! Definitely captures Hardy's Bane's physique better and looks more appropriate. The whole revamped figure just looks great and will be awesome to see with the other TDK trilogy figures!!!

I kinda wish they also included some black gloved hands, a red motorcycle helmet and the DCS vest to complete the wall street heist!

I don't mind the reused base from the 2.0 Catwoman, I think it's pretty fitting. Tough for me I'll probably have hm on a spare DX19 base.

Again, so cool they're incorporating the rolling eyes in more figures, surely to become more of a mainstay feature for forthcoming releases.

Yes! Much agreed! I'd be up for a new Scarecrow figure! I think it's one they most need to revisit. Just imagine a new revamped figure complete with an unmasked CM head sculpt and interchangeable Scarecrow outfit and those other accessories! I was sort of tempted to pick up the Daftoys, but never got around to it. But man, if they do make a new Scarecrow, then they HAVE TO HAVE TO make a Ra's for sure!

On that note, I also wish we could've seen Scarecrow/Crane do more in TDK and TDKR.

There was a third party (Mars Toys maybe?) that made that version of Bane last year, so if you got that you may be able to pilfer the outfit.
