Thanks Hot Toys. This year is the 100th anniversary of Warner Bros! Hot Toys is revisiting characters from The Dark Knight Trilogy with multiple features upgraded to improve accuracy.
It's a pity that HT put up their Catwoman before all these upgrades they've been doing on more recent releases due to InArt's introduction to this space. Though I'm sure if/when InArt make one of her, the hair work alone will make it above the HT figure.Well played by HT. They knew InArt would stir the pot and build hype all around Batman, so it's clever to release other Batman-themed figures.
I'm guessing this also ties in with the release of Wonder Woman and the new materials they are supposed to be using for seamless bodies.
Doubt it. This is all about upgrading earlier releases, so it's not as costly as the R&D for completely new ones.Might we finally finally see Ra's al Ghul?
That's part of Batman Begins which Hot Toys doesn't care about so 90% not.Might we finally finally see Ra's al Ghul?
nor does any of the 3rd party I guess I’ll wait for custom sets....and I doubt the one that came with the v1 would fit on v2
This actually looks pretty darn good! A definite improvement over the original unlike poor Batman Begins. Glad I never bought any of the third party offerings. Those never looked quite right on the M34/35 bodies especially with the jacket on.
Still going to sell my DX19 in favor of the future InArt figure in TDK suit though.
