I hope they dont go for the full rubber body suit like they did with BB and TDK. The new Predators body type would be just fine by me, no rubber please! I dont want to pay crap load of $ and have my figures break down on me over time!

I would consider the tin wind up figure, the two kenner figures, this candy dispenser thing and the kubrick as previous incarnations of Nicholson. This will be the first licensed 1/6th figure though...unless they pull some ledger likeness or random headsculpt like they did with the one Nostromo crew member figure due to an inability to get jack's likeness.

Not particularly. I was more a fan of the Animated series' (SuperFriends then B:TAS). Burton Batman never felt right to me, even as a kid.

I was a big fan of the Animated series as well. I liked both. '89 Batman will always have a big place in my heart as I saw it when I was just a little kid of 4 years old and it really got me started on my love for superheroes. I had all the toys too.

Receding hairline, cheeks and smile? I see it. They're kind of cartoony but that's mostly due to the paint and eyes.

Now if I said the Toy Biz version, then yeah, that would be a stretch.

I see it too, slightly, but not something that requires Nicholson's sign-off...not like this HT version will.

So you're off the Imaresque list?

I just made it on finally...and now this announcement...

But HT will likely give us two outfits: basic Parade Joker with trench coat and Party Man or at least the alt green silk shirt so maybe it's still worth getting to make another version. Melty Joker with beret perhaps?

People were willing to make multiple Ledger Joker's (interrogation and street) so why not a couple Jacks?

Oh ____, I LOVE BTAS. Best Batman for me ever since it aired when I was a kid. I think it's better than Batman, Batman Returns, Batman Begins and The Dark Knight.

But I still love me some '89 Batman. It's basically what started it all (BTAS and serious Batman films). Without it, you wouldn't have either.

I'll admit, nostalgia plays a big part, but what doesn't these days?

'89 Batman and '89 Joker in a detolf display next to or by TDK Batman and TDK Joker will be majestic.

Yeah it just came down to paying $200 for an awesome sculpt or about $160+ for a sick complete figure. No brainer bro.
