Is this the kind of thing that the receiver has to pay import taxes on, or do they (as the sender) have to worry about it? And if the receiver does, how does that work?
The buyer have to pay for the import fee if the US customs decides to tax your package.. Anyone know how much the import fee would be if they tax you for $250 value + shipping?
Please note that most of our commodities are in principle manufactured for the Japanese domestic market.
Some items are strictly for sale and use in Japan only.
If your order happens to include one(s) that cannot be sold overseas, the sale will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified.
Has anybody successfully oredered this set from that site yet? I only ask because I noticed a disclaimer on their site saying:
But how does that work, exactly? Does the mailman ask you to pay him before he delivers the package or what?
I bought Friend and this set from them. My roommate told me they came this week... but I'm away from home atm (in scorching hot japan!!). I got the figures though, so I don't think any of you guys have to worry if you ordered.
No import fees? Thats great news if so.
