If I didn't already have the set, I'd be all over this. $140 for each figure is a steal. If I could get another SC for $140, I probably would. And don't believe all the hate, Demon Bats is a cool figure, and a nice variant for a Batman collection.

I dunno if there is hate for Demon Bats so much as indifference. Like you say, a somewhat neat variant but he only had a few seconds of screen time and we don't even have the option of posing him with maskless Scarecrow to recreate that scene. To me, that's not worth $140ish. I would actually prefer to buy another set just so I can display Scarecrow two ways, but I don't think I could get $140 back trying to re-sell Demon Batman.

SC definitly is the highlight in this set. If you want to place them with an unmasked Crane, Headplay/Toysheadquater is bringing a very very nice Murphy in August:
