I just paid through Paypal. The conversion rate for today brought the total to $282.70 for me. I don't think it's ever going to get much cheaper than that. Can't wait to get these two.

I think you're right. Though I think 4,000 is a BUNCH, these ain't gonna go sub-retail in most places. 'Tis even going to increase in price when the next HT movie is released, I reckon.

That is an insane price! If I was super interested in these I'd grab this deal for sure. I haven't used Amiami before, but they're a reasonably sized set-up and they've been around for a while is my understanding, so they should be a pretty safe bet. $200 for both these figures is crazy. If I hadn't already blown my budget I'd squeeze these in as second-shelfers.

I just love paypal.

So mine was like $282. My first set was about $100 dollars more than that, so in the $380ish range. I really should have waited and bought two sets from amiami.

Did I need another set? No, but I haven't bought anything in months so it's sort of justified. Though I do have HT Reeve Superman and HT Spidey on pre-order and I have my eyes on the "new" HT Batman/Bruce Wayne and what ever Hot Toys cooks up for '89 Batman.

I always wanted a second Scarecrow, now I have one. No need for a second Demon Batman though. I could probably get $200 for it on ebay, but I'm thinking it will probably just go into storage and stay in the box. Not sure. Hate to split them up if I ever decide I don't need two Scarecrows.

Anyway, thanks for the link and heads up Vendetta. Wouldn't have pulled the trigger for another set if I didn't see that great deal. Best price yet.

That's not too bad actually. I've only ever had 1 thing caught by customs a few years back (and since have always had things marked as gift), so do you know what the fee would be if it were to be caught by customs?

I'd like to know if I'll have enough money to cover the fee. If i do, I'll order myself a set.

You can order now becuase they send an email with instructions on how to pat via Paypal. They give you about a week to complete payment. i paid for mine 2 days after I ordered. . Recieved them yesterday woth no problem.

I did it. I ordered myself a set. I only really wanted to buy Scarecrow from somewhere on ebay, but 2 figures for that price, I spose it'd be wrong not to get it from there.

I also ordered a set. Considering I paid $260 for Scarecrow alone, it became very hard for me to pass by getting both figures for $280. Maybe I'll re-sell one of my Scarecrows. . .or maybe I'll keep them both. He's a fine figure.

I do reckon his popularity will go up a bit once folks start getting the new Begins Batman in their collection, considering that's the only villain HT has produced from that film.
