For the record, I'm worried about it too (had a leaky DX 02 and sent it back for a refund), but I'll be goddamed if I'm gonna cancel based on pics of a dustyassed figure with paint rub, a transvestite's pics of Batman's glistening buttocks or a figure so abused by posing beyond the suit's limitations that it's falling apart. When there's concrete reason for concern, I'll be more than happy to hit the cancel button and support like members who do so.

:goodpost:

I just want this pose:

Displaying this figure in this pose would be a bad, bad idea... A standing position with the arms to the figures side is the way to go, unless you want to suddenly find a tear in suit around areas that are being stressed from that pose (front of shoulders, elbows).

For this price, i don't want a batman standing waiting for the bus, i want a dynamic batman in a fight.

I only want this figure for that pose, if HT can't manage that i'm cancelling.

Just got an email from Sideshow notifying me that my waitlist reservation is being converted to an order. I wonder how many people cancelled based on this news. Anyway whoever you are thanks! :wave

I'm hoping way more cancel because of this thread

Define "last." I'll definitely be around in ten years. But I might be MISB under ground. Well, except for the M.

What I mean by last is, well will these figures survive for another 10-20 years? I'm not concerned about the regular costumed figures but rather these batmen and they're accursed rubber suits! Like the Keaton batman for example, is beautiful! Am I gonna have it 5 years and have a naked TT body standing over a pile of disintegrated rubber?

Unless somebody here has a time machine nobody can definatively answer that question. It's just speculation and opinions. The only thing you can count on is that nothing in this universe lasts forever.

If you really want this figure then get of it. Once you have it don't waste your time worrying about when it's gonna deteriorate, instead cherish every moment you have it on display looking great.
