The texture on batman's suit looks perfect.

I think it's that Superman's sculpt isn't done yet. They did the same with the AOU figures last year.

That's what I'm thinking. That head's probably just a placeholder.

Surprised no one has griped about Batman's open mouth sculpt yet. I don't mind it. It helps that we're getting three versions, hopefully interchangeable face plates too. It looks exactly like Ben in the suit.

I was really hoping for an angry expression on superman! I find these expressionless sculpts to be very boring.

Batman looks good. Will wait for more angles before i make my judgment. Hopefully they make his shoulder look more ripped like the live action version.

So far these are well on their way to getting bought!

That's exactly what's happening. His hair alone is vastly different from MOS.

Anyway, Batman looks great. It also pretty much confirms more mouthpieces, since there's no way that's the only Batfleck expression they're picking. It'd be kind of awesome if each version came with some different ones. So, by the time all was said and done, you had like 6 expressions to choose from between Knightmare and regular (I'm not sure if the armored suit has the same size window or not).

How often do the normal HotToys come with lots of accessories, mouth prices and movable eyes etc. I only have the DX12 and it doesn't come with a crazy amount imo

I'm hoping for at least the grenade gun, grapple hook, batterangs and minimum 3 mouthpieces and movable eyes

Hopefully the neck is some what bendy, that will allow for more natural posing, since its soo thick it might be limiting in that regard.

Nothing wrong with his neck in the film

Seem where DC are concerned they're damned if they do and damned if they don't! People complain about Bale's lollypop head in TDK/TDKR and want the 'panther' neck back... you get it and more complaints!
Personally I think all three of Wilkinson's trilogy costumes - and the armour of Zod and his soldiers – look superb.

And he can actually turn his head. I remember when they made that claim with Bale's mask when Batman Begins was being produced, but he still really couldnt turn much in it after all.
