Batmans suit looks terrible. Superman on the other hand looks great. I like the new suit

Personally for me the head sculpt looks really good, you can see affleck in there. Shoulders need to be slightly broader, chest/pecks need to be raised/puffed out more, which will raise the bat symbol up. The waist needs trimmed/definition to help get away from the chubby look and more towards Tom Hardys bruiser Bane. Other than that I love it and with preorder the exclusive as I really want the sniper. It really dose look like the DKR batsuit. I also hope hot toys can finally crack a good Cape. The Mezco one12 DKR figure has the best fabric Cape ever!! It just sits and draps so beautifully and naturally.

Pass on Superman for me, not enough change for me to replace first one. Batman and Wonder Woman will be the only ones I get. Glad it not a rubber suit near as I can tell.

You've hit the nail on the head with what's missing. Does the seam lines of the suit not bug anyone else? I think it would drive me nuts, they're not hidden like on Cavil for some reason

The cape looks very accurate from those pics. It looks more vinyl in the movie.

Bats looks pretty awesome. That Superman sculpt must just be a stand in as it looks just like the MOS sculpt right now.

Would have been better of recycling the MOS sculpt. That one is better.

I don't think so...recycling a sculpt that is. I would hate to have the same sculpt all over again. One of the main reasons I wasn't too thrilled with the Gordon/Blake 2pack. They used a TDK Gordon head for a TDKR Gordon. Plus, it's just lazy. I'm happy with the new sculpt and I'm sure it will look even better in person.

For me the seems don't seem that bad, they kinda blend in with the rest of the lines in the suit. The superman suit is all one live though, maybe the way the batsuit in the film is done wouldn't alow for a seamless look.

Hopefully it'll look good and won't be too puffy one the final product. No wires, just a nice hefty cake that sits well.

Looks more like Henry Cavill to me.

It seems like Paul Walker is the prevailing likeness in a sculpt when the sculpt doesn't look like the intended likeness. Same claim was made for the AoU Thor sculpt a couple of months ago.

However, I do think the likeness in the MoS sculpt is a little better.

Overall, I think the figures are good. The Batman figure looks really cool, I like the suit and the facial expressions that it comes with. The bulkier physique definitely resembles Affleck's physique from what has been seen in the trailers, not what is shown in concept art. However, there still is something about the front side of the upper torso that looks slightly off. Not enough to put me off from acquiring the figure at all should they leave it the way it is.

As far as Supes, I like the physique and I like the texture of the suit. I noticed that they seem to have made the cape a bit longer and I also like how they flattened the cape down on his shoulders more, as opposed to the MoS one that had the huge traps. The sculpt is bordering somewhere between decent and good for me, as while I think they captured the hairstyle well, the likeness isn't as good as the MoS sculpt. It's not atrocious, just not as good as its predecessor.

i know batmans stocky and beefy in the film but his suite is very tight and you can see his muscle mass. the figure has the stockiness right, affleck isn't a lean fit guy, he's thicker, but the suite looks saggy.....you can see very distinct large bicep/shoulder muscles in that pic of him on set and on the figure its not there. they need a better fitter costume for the figure, that's all. the rest looks nice, his head sculpt is great.
