It looks great, trust me, I wouldn't have given it a **** star rating under outfit if I wasn't impressed.

No. They don't match. The cowl is shinier and the suit is matt. This is now sounding like a broken record. My next post on this subject will contain my own side by side pics.

Well to be fair some of the concern is because of my photography skills (or lack of), I just wanted to reasure that yes it is more matte, but it still looks fantastic. I seriously think that unless you cancel because of financial reasons you will regret it. The only good I see is that it frees some up for people on the wait list.

But don't say I didn't tell ya so. I gave this a ***1/2 overall score with **** for outfit, basically it got the review of a must have figure for any Bat fans.

Only if that aneurysm is from laughing to hard. I find their pathetic entitlement issues hilarious.

I wasn't worried because of the pics before and these new ones have all but confirmed I'm super pumped to own this. I agree with intothevoid, the finish is different. But I've seen 08 ones with matte finishes too. They weren't ALL shiny. The cowl/gauntlets didn't match the suit of them all. I see it as being no different than this new batch. Maybe there are some shiny ones in here? I'm not holding my breath nor do I care. These new photos coupled with a few other great ones and wookster's review are enough for me. Being someone with a lousy camera and no photography skills, I am not at all surprised wook's came out looking different than what they look like in hand.

The pissed off mouth piece makes the "waiting for the bus" pose much cooler than a neutral mouth piece. MY TDK Batman has been in a pose with his arms extended and an elbow bent about to throw his batarang and he's still in mint condition with no rips or deterioration so hopefully these will all last longer than people are fearing.

If anyone was going to cancel their order through Sideshow and wants to sell it to make a little money, let me know. I am also interested in purchasing a set without the Bruce Wayne head for a Batman Begins display. Let me know.

Why were the knee caps separate?

Also, the new pictures are fantastic. I can't wait to get my shot at taking some.

I have no 1/6 Batmans at all, this is a no brainer; definitely going to relish this one.

I have a V1 TDK and while initially I was upset when they improved on it with the DX02, all the issues it had made me feel like I had the right one. And as long as they're not side by side, it's still a great figure to own! This one will look better alone and not side by side with the '08 version, fellas.

Guys,
Can anyone tell me where i am going wrong here?I have a giraffe neck on my Bruce head and the neck seem is clearly visible above the suit line.Looking at other pics this isnt the case on any others i have seen.
Also my head and neck are one piece with a half ball socket on the bottom whereas i have seen other that have a separate head / neck assembly?
I have taken the half ball joint off the neck but it doesnt then fit into the bodys ball joint correctly.
Is this head correct or have i been done by my local reseller?

Cheers intothevoid,Just contacted the seller as the box was totally sealed as new when i got it but he says it must have come from SS like that.SS havent got these over to the UK yet have they?I reckon hes got a dodgy imported one from China who must have swapped the heads before sending!
Is the ball joint the same size on the proper head?I am just wondering now is the rest of the figure ok?
