Well, I'll eat some of my words from yesterday as these new pics make it look a lot better. Still something off, but a lot better than the coal-miner soot look yesterday.

You guys think this pose would be okay long term, or do I need to reconsider that much posing on the arms? I like this, but not enough to damage the figure.

Well to be fair some of the concern is because of my photography skills (or lack of), I just wanted to reasure that yes it is more matte, but it still looks fantastic. I seriously think that unless you cancel because of financial reasons you will regret it. The only good I see is that it frees some up for people on the wait list.

But don't say I didn't tell ya so. I gave this a ***1/2 overall score with **** for outfit, basically it got the review of a must have figure for any Bat fans.

But your reputation has always been solid (as far as I know; I don't pay much attention to Hot Toys), and the other pics coming in support that. Not that anyone should just take your word for it, but I cancelled, and I see exactly what you're saying.

Wookster - hope you don't take my comments on the suit as an insult towards your reputation or review, this is a matter of opinion and personal preference. I'm still getting mine and ultimately my own eyes will be the judge of the degree of difference in the finish of the armour, and whether it bothers me enough to want to sell it once receiving it.

Don't worry, I've developed a thick enough skin over the years to take whatever coments people want to throw my way. Afterall as a critic you open yourself up to critique.

At the end of the day a review is just one persons take on a product, but I just wanted to reiterate that this got a solid review, as I already said earlier, given the 'Sophies Choice' of which one, I'd keep the new one.
