The sonar neck needs to be moded I know...
This figure is a pain in the arse to futz/pose, but I can tell it will be worth it.
That's an awesome pose, really want to change mine to that but I daren't try and remove his right hand again

Those pegs are a pain in the ass. I had to use a small flat head screwdriver to slowly wedge it off of the hand.

This figure is a pain in the arse to futz/pose, but I can tell it will be worth it.
I had to ask for the Maglor-Size when ordering my cape from lforigno.
The giant cape just looks so epic.

Nope. Just simply taking the Wayne sculpt w/neck and attaching it to the DX body.

Received mine. Looks nearly perfect. The Bruce head has a small shiny spot but it's only visible under direct light. I had to hold it up to a light and look for it. I'm sure if I photographed it, the flash would show it off to the world too. But that head will be on the third shelf of my Detolf wearing a suit and tie so doubt I will care. The kneepad is also slightly off centered, but again, I wouldn't have noticed unless I was looking for that issue.
The cape SUCKS. Oh my goodness, I didn't think I'd care this much but I do. The TDK V1 cape is whatever. Nothing great but not horrible. This one is horrible and poofs out and can't lay right. Definately need an lforigno for this guy. Might as well upgrade for my TDK V1 and get the reduced rate that way. Won't take photos until I get him set up proper
Hope all get their issues resolved with SSC. I don't own the OC figure so this is a dream come true for me. I prefer the matte to shiny finish too. Those that don't can keep the 08. I prefer screen accuracy. Gonna gloss up his gauntlets soon too.

That's what I did. I think these guys want to have the armored neck with the Bruce Wayne head.
reevaluated the figure today when i wasn't so tired and pissed.... still a terrible figure compared to the 08 version.. lucky i had no ankle issues.. the dent kind pissed me off but i was able to fix it.. slapped the other acessories on my medicom batman on a TT.
which cape do you have on your OC bats? Is that the dyed Rayon or the velvet?

I might have to go with no neck armor, but I'm hoping to be able to.
I bought a DX02 that already had the neck mod done, but while it looks good with the cowl head, when I tried it with the Bale head it looks too giraffe-y.
I'm awful with almost everything to tools and mechanical things, so I'm, wary of even shaving a little bit off of it, for fear of destroying it.
Ah yes. That's what I plan to do. I thought the guy was talking about separating the Bruce head from its neck and using one of the DX necks.
Problem with the DX neck is that in addition to being too long, it's way too skinny.

The DX necks are really long. I always thought it looked a little funny with the Batman head on the magnet for as long as I've had it. With the Bruce head and neck on the DX body, it looks really good.
