Hi all,

Here are some pics of the "Black Hole". My left boot seems all smashed up inside. Also, a piece was loose inside as well. After doing a close check on suit and face, everything else seems good. Heres hoping we get replacements.

I got mine yesterday and opened him up today. Both ankles are pretty loose, and the right one came out easier than the left, but I don't think either is broken (I hope not). His neck was also extremely loose as far as Hot Toys figures go.

Wayne head doesn't quite impress me as much as it did when I first saw it, but not too shabby. Still, similar to the recent Stark sculpt, looks like a cousin or stunt double of some kind now that I pay more attention to it.

All in all, a nice figure, but it feels like a step down in quality from OC Bats (in terms of flimsiness of the rubber and looseness of joints). Worth getting for the angry face and removable cape, though.

I don't even know how it happened since nothing was pushing up on it.

Got this awhile ago and just looked it over real quick without taking him out of the box. After reading this thread and all the issues ie. broken ankle/boots I needed to find time to really look him over. Well....no broken ankles but they are very loose. I also have the same issues spliff has only on the other side. The disk for the cape hole wasn't laying flat. It was twisted and caught in the neck cavity. Now, I had no intentions to display him cowl-less so that indention won't be seen. But now I feel bummed I don't really have a choice.

I do want to mention the new Exclusive BB/BW cape is really nice!!! Best cape HT's has done by far. Its very close to the 1:1 cape I own which is the same fabric they used on the "hero" cape for the film. flocked on the outside/silk on the inside.

But the little pegs though are kind of frustrating. I havent been able to peg the cape in yet. I don't want to push on it too hard fearing it might break.

has anyone else had an issue pegging the cape to the body?

Did you remove the black washers (rings) from the pegs?
