I feel so bad for everyone who is having issues!

Fortunately, I had ZERO issues when I opened him up tonight. Since this is my first Batman, I quickly measured the cape, and myself one that is more of a matte leather looking material (similar to his suit). I know it isn't "movie accurate" but I love the way it looks!

My retailer from US received the box today and will send it to me through USPS for free. He openned the box and said that he didn't find any problem!

decided to email sideshow about the defects, mine had a small dent on the leg, wasnt really noticable but then it was pointed out that the right knee pad was off centre too, had a think about it overnight and decided for the sake of making a STATEMENT to HT i had to put in a complaint to get a replacement also i remembered my last order (Spiderman) came with a broken leg too so i couldnt let this one slide!

We really shouldnt be getting these kinds of probs with such a high end item. I urge anyone with slight issues to make a complaint and be heard!! its better if we do it in numbers esp for this item which has so many widespread probs so HT will hopefully wake up to their recent lack of QC!!

Just got mine and yep it's that damn left boot problem.
How quickly does Sideshow answer to customer problem emails? I don't really want to call them because of the time difference and international call charges.

He would have to take out the belt to see if the side is dented or not, cant tell by looking at it.

The right arm has like a bubble underneath the suit.
My friend here has the same problem.

Whats your retailer???? Shipping through USPS you have a big chance you don't have to pay taxes. But the delivery time is way longer

yes i did, i still couldnt get it to peg. I might try again though. I was just worried if i pushed too hard the peg might break off.

Haven't even removed the cape from the lid, lol. But just saw that in ClipperKings video. He also said that he thought it just goe into the rubber. I think there's suppose to be another set of those washer underneath the suit.

got mine last Tuesday and the right foot ankle is broken...called SSC for a replacement...still, this is one of the best HT figure !

Take the head off, place one thumb under the suit behind the hole & press down with the other thumb. It's not easy but eventually it will stick in.

A hair dryer will do the trick as well... you only need to heat it up a bit, and it pops right in...

Well, I got him, looked him over and was expecting a boot to drop off. Nope. No dents in the rubber or glossy head. I was relieved. I started to remove pieces to get the harness off, and when I pulled he hands out of the arms, one peg stayed in there. Upon closer inspection, one peg looked to be glued in the wrist! I pried and twisted it and got the ball out. The whole wrist was full of plastic and I wasn't going to have that, so out comes the dremel...

Take that Hot Toys. Their QC sucks.

I glossed up the gauntlets, and put on a custom cape. Pics to come.

Mine's like that too. Never would have noticed if it wasn't for the video. As far as I can tell it's just because the rubber is a little thiner on his right arm.

I will literally never think about it again.

What are all the issues people have found. Can I have a list? I'm getting this piece tomorrow.

The profile is one of the best parts of this figure.

On the bubble arm, mine seems pretty tight there. So, I can't confirm the issue on mine.
