Got mine yesterday and opened it today. Disappointed. Compared it side to side to the Dark Knight OC and I'm glad I kept the OC. The new cape is a massive fail IMO. The material is way too thick so it doesn't flow down well compared to the OC cape and especially the Iforigno cape. The cape pins by his collar sticks out too much even if I push it all the way in. And I got the small warp and dent on the side of the waist and a loose ankle too. Not as bad as some I've seen here but still slightly noticeable.

For over $230 shipped and all the hype, the QC on this figure is just terrible. Gonna see if I can send it back to Sideshow and get my money back. Anyone know the details of their return policy? That or sell it for parts. I do want to keep the Bale Sculpt.

Wait a sec, people are complaining about smashing a figure vs packing it back up, heading over to the post office, paying for postage out of your own pocket, then waiting to be reimbursed later?

Yes. I know many of us are prone to violence in today's society and may enjoy bashing a figure into bits, however i like to think of the children.

Why does the whole figure need to be wasted? Surely some parts (a knee for DiFabio perhaps?) could be salvaged from the figure. It is not a total waste so why treat it as such? I'm thinking it may be hard to get parts for these someday if something were to break.

Catching my drift? Also, i said SS should send a PREPAID envelope.

They have a 30 day return policy. You should be able to send it back for a full refund. They also pay the return shipping cost.

Speaking of which, just look at this one; and the auction hasn't even ended. Glad I didn't go with building my Batman, I would've shelled out something like 1.5 times of the entire figure's cost!

Awesome news. Thanks bro. Wow just looked up how much the Wayne head and Batman head is going for on ebay. We're looking at $100-$150 for the both of them. I kinda want to just keep the heads and sell everything else. Body, harness, yada, yada. They can have the Coo mouth too.

I know! And, in the same auction you'll see that there are no takers for the "coo.." mouth yet Wish HT would've taken care of the 'dents and boots' instead of making that strange looking expression

Well, I'm not so sure that it's just a QC issue. The dents and shiny spots that people have been reporting could have been cause by packages that were roughed up in shipping.

There's someone selling his for a decent price. Subpar, I guess it is, especially the way the feedback's been. However, getting it at a good price from someone who can inspect it and send you some pics beforehand would be much better.
