Thanks. And i can find this @ Michael's? Just a clear coat no color? 'Spray Gloss Kote" is the name of the brand? Haven't messed around with spray paint since i was a kid, (Testors) and that was a long time ago.

Yes Michael's carries it and it is Testors Gloss Kote in a small spray can. They also have Dull Kote so don't get them mixed up. You will find it in the Car Model section. Make sure to do light coats so it doesn't run.

Well the drill/screw, and pull trick didn't work. Whatever has that peg in there has it good, I called Sideshow by phone and the woman I spoke to didn't give me any trouble at all. She was more then happy to transfer me to the return department, but I told her I want't to try and fix it myself first. Now that I know it's not going to happen I'll be calling tomorrow for details on a return.

I really hate to send it back, I'm worried that the second one might have the same problem, the dented abs, or the broken right ankle. I wish there was a way to just get a new forearm or arm all together.

By the way, she did say that eight other people had called with the same problem (stuck wrist peg) so it's not like I'll be telling them something they haven't already heard. I'll post again on how the return goes.

Called Wednesday morning and repeated what happened, the woman took my information and said she would turn it over to the return/claims department. She said they'd get in touch with me within five business day. Now I guess I have to play the waiting game.

To prefer Adam's sculpt is one thing (I think it looks better too), but to put this sculpt down and call it disappointing or horrible or off is just beyond confusing to me. It's gorgeous work. These pictures are all proof. Thanks for sharing!

So happy others are getting good figures and not duds. Hope the rest of you get everything sorted out.

got mine today, left boot joint broken, left kneecap thing not cenetered with knee

Your left, or his left? His right boot seems to give most issue and his right kneecap seems off centered on ALL of them. At least the one's I've looked at.

Does anyone know if you can remove the forearem from the elbow of this figure. The fussed right wrist peg is my only problem and I'd hate to send the whole figure back and get one in worse condition as well.

Got mine yesterday. Right foot joint won't stay in the foot. Already called Sideshow. Everything else is perfect: no dents in the suit, not gloss on the Bale head.

My bale's right foot joint stays in but is super lose, and doedsn't hold positions...what did SS say about yours?

That is exactly what mine looks like. It doesn't fall off on its own, but its looser than the other foot. I guess it doesn't completely destroy the figure. For guys that contacted SS, are they going to simply replace the boot or what?

Is the plastic actually cracked? I can't tell from the pic.

Looks like there is a tiny piece of the socket missing to me.

yah, its not really cracked, but I think theres chips on mine so the ball joint is very loose. Will have to use a figure stand at all times.

You can try plumbers tape or clear nail polish to tighten up what's left of it...

Yep, looking at my figure, I'm sure his right kneecap is mend to be that way, it's not a defect. It's just the 'pose' the suit is designed in.
