Are you not gonna put the tabs on? I suggest trimming the tabs and cut a little piece of electrical tape. It works quite well and it doesn't really pop out so its easy to place. It's also more screen accurate.

Hmm. Although the angry mouthpiece is clearly the best one it doesn't really suit a waiting for bus pose (no matter how well executed and futzed it is) IMO. He looks like hes about to have a temper tantrum. And yet we're all too terrified to put these things in fighting poses!

I'm considering building a base specifically for this figure with led lighting at the front of the base to shine upward giving it a really dark and gothic under-lighting. Have you considered anything like that as well?

Yeah, I wanna put the tabs on. My plan is to cut them off like you said, but I'm a little chicken. Does anyone have some OC tabs laying around that they want to give me? Since I've already done a permanent mod to the figure I'm sure I'll work up the nerve to destroy the cape.

The neutral face is really growing on me. I think the angry face has too long of a jaw which lengthens the face. The neutral face is shorter, and thus has the appearance of being wider, which is badass.



Also, I love the magnet plates. Makes this swaping soooo easy.

This new figure is everything I ever wanted (and tried to make) the Takara figure to be.




...except that the rubber is way better on the Takara.

Finally picked up an SLR camera to shoot these nice collectibles, however I'm still an amateur at taking photos. This piece is easily my favourite of my small collection and I absolutely LOVE the Bale head. Enjoy!
