I was on eBay the other night and saw that sculpt, I was like damn thats actually a really good likeness. If it was a younger version of Clint I would've picked it up.

My thought exactly. When I first saw that head I wanted it, but I would want to make a Good, Bad, Ugly figure which would require a younger head. To bad, it's a fantastic likeness.

My thought exactly. When I first saw that head I wanted it, but I would want to make a Good, Bad, Ugly figure which would require a younger head. To bad, it's a fantastic likeness.

Ive seen that Clint sculpt a lot and toyed arougd with buying one because I think its a great likeness but like you said I cant think what Id bash with it with him being old Clint. It's great for anyone wanting to bash a Gran Torino fig. Although I cant quite remember how his hair looked in that movie right now.

Yup! They've got a new fan! Now fingers crossed everything goes smoothly... and if and when this deal is done. SS will have a new loyal customer/freak who swears by them

Yeah, I think SS are collector friendly in that, way a very long pleading mail where I elaborated every hurdle I face as a collector being where I am kinda did make them see my situation. Yes it would have been nothing wrong if they still held onto their company policy, but their consideration shows that they are in touch with collectors somewhere and not just a distribution entity... Now I just hope everything goes well. Praying for everything to fall in place and this figure coming in my hands from them

BTW Props to members like Len (forestlite) and Carlo (Echo 7) who had volunteered and willingly wanted to help me out with the situation within hours of me posting about my issue and my WTB. They offered Sideshow Prices and I thank the board for people like them.
Honestly in my relatively short term here I have met some really genuinely great guys... props to you all!

My own friend from the country and fellow whom I dealt with many times earlier on different figures, and who had helped me secure so many deals earlier offered me scalper prices, while he was securing stuff at as he says 'cheaper than Sideshow prices'

It IS a recast of the HT head. The only difference is that a Neck has been added to the neckless HT version, and then recast.

They do post other ppls work on their FB page. For ex: at least 3 months or so ago, they posted a Michael Jordan painted sculpt that everyone thought was a HP sculpt b/c they posted it, and it looked terrible tbh. But recently, they showed an unpainted "new" Jordan sculpt. I actually commented saying that the V2 was much better than the V1. They replied several times saying that the first one was not done by them.

sorry but people are so easily sway and manipulated by a few pictures. How long ago was it that pictures from plastic enemies wow-ed everyone and made everyone go nuts with the PPO. Now...because of a few pictures, they cancel their orders. Good job guys.
