I think statue collectors believe that they are collecting "works of art".
I don't know, I think people who collects figures can be just as bad.
Hardcore Rainman followers come to mind.
It still shows the best part of this figure, which is the torso and cowl. The boots looks so awful that I cant display that figure without covering them.
And it's different than a statue because I chose that pose, not some sculptor. So if it "looks good" as you say, why not display it that way?
Those who do - and there are plenty on this board - are deluded. Dollies or statues, if it's mass produced figures of comic book or movie characters it generally equates to cheesy, Peter Pan syndrome knick knacks. At least dolly collectors in general don't take themselves too seriously. 40 year-olds collecting polystone statues of Hulk are "art collectors"?
Just put the DX12 belt on. Didn't think of the colour difference with the harness before buying...whoops...LOL. It actually makes qute the difference. really like the new belt.
Is the belt clipped as intended or did you have to do some kind of modification?
No modification. The belt is big though but is really only noticeable from the back. It does allow it to sit lower, which is nice.

Found a relatively elegant solution to the size of the DX12 belt:
I just removed the pointless grapple gun clip, widened the holes on the remaining part and clipped it together.
Fits just right now.
