You mean the joins where the cape is inserted? Do I have to take the suit off for that?

. Nope, just carefully pull the cape out and stick it in more. Adjust to how deep you want the cape to be, that will eliminate the gaps from the rear.

nope, but it's pretty simple once you have the figure in hand and play around with it. If you are afraid, then just leave it or wait for someone to make a tutorial on it.
