Do you guys think we will get suprises from HT on the figure?
Example: Mk46 got a battle damaged chestpiece.
BvS Bats gotten an amazing new body, HB got a re -design, MOS got a different body than the prototype..

Yes always a chance of this, reason why I don't understand so many folks dismissing it based on the prototype. Yoda also changed, got rooted hair instead of the sculpted hair on the prototype. Could be some nice improvements to WW...if they'd release her already!

All these delays are making me worry.... I trust Hot Toys' quality control however I have a strange feeling this one is going to have alot of issues straight out of the box.

If that were the case, they wouldn't have delayed the release for that long.

I'm sure HT delayed this to coincide with the solo WW release as that's when the hype is alive and with this being the only 1/6 WW figure, will force people to go this route.

Look at Drax, no body difference between vol 1 and vol 2. It was delayed and released just in time for GotG Vol 2 theatrical release.

Not very difficult to figure out their business play here.

I was thinking the delay was due more to the new body being developed, but it could be the HS as well. They've had enough time to adjust the whole figure, so hopefully they deliver.

The primary market for this figure is the USA I imagine so I don't see the delay having anything to do with WW movie Hype. The hype will be strongest in the next 3-4 weeks as the movie gets closer. This won't reach Sideshow and other US retailers before July when the movie is reaching the end of it's run in cinemas.

WW solo film figure won't likely have an improved sculpt, just a new paint job on the already existing (this) sculpt.
