This is off topic, but I really need to know! Can somebody tell me why SS gives you 10% off promo codes, but when you try to checkout it says it can't be applied!!! WTF is up with that? Extremely frustrating! Has this happened to any of you guys? Gonna have to call them.

SS coupon codes tend to only work on certain items. you can add the code to your "Promo Codes" under your "Wallet" then there should be a icon that says "view items" once it's been added. From there you can see what you're allowed to use the coupon on

Thanks for replying, I appreciate it. This situation is slightly different. I was in the process of ordering the spider-man PF and this promo was specifically for that piece. It popped up in big bold letters with a picture of spider-man on it saying 10% off with a redeem now option. I clicked on it and it said promo code applied showing the actual discount, but as soon as I clicked the checkout button, it said sorry! promo code cannot be applied.
