I do three figures a detolf shelf, so I'm wondering what would look cooler, two troopers and a gunner, or two gunners and a trooper. I could do two troopers and vader, and maybe two tie pilots and a gunner. I already have two tie pilots thanks to the ebay $150 deals.

one of each with vader as center could look good too. something about two troopers, since they are troopers, will always be cool though. Of course one would need a head swap, but finding a quality generic sculpt shouldn't be an issue on ebay.

Agreed about the generic headsculpt.

I just tend to keep Vader with the emperor.

ESB Vader with Fett and Emperor.

ROTJ Vader with Emperor on throne.
RO Vader currently by himself.

Well I'm sure we'll get a Tarkin soon enough, could be Tarkin and two DT troopers. That would be tight too.

Then my DT Gunner could be front and center with the two tie pilots behind.

Plus with two DT troopers you can recreate

I can't get those soon enough. I really hope they are still in production plan. About Tarkin ... i doubt it considering how HT is handling imperial officers (not at all).

Patience my friend. We are still very relatively early in the game for this Hot Toys Star Wars journey. So far within just a few years they've managed to crank out much more than Sideshow has in comparison to time and production. They will bring us much, much more. We are already about to get a Gonk droid, or 3? Who would've thought that! There's much universe to cover and still lots of time to do so. Tarkin will most certainly come.

I'm hoping that's just a poorly photoshoped page. The DSG appears smaller but hopefully just photographed from farther away. I want both of these guys. I have a custom DST bashed together using Hasbros gear, but this is much nicer, and if it comes with the control panel--fingers crossed--even better.
