I think it might partially have something to do with Sideshow having a 'Bespin Freezing Chamber' environment in the works to go with the HT Bespin Luke and upcoming 'new-tooling' of the SS Vader (similar to how HT just released their Indiana Jones figure and SS complimented it with the Map-Room environment).

Whether it's the chamber floor with lights or the gantry, we don't know yet, but you can bet it will be spectacular when we finally get to see it (maybe at SDCC?)

Keep in mind the size disparity between including something even remotely to scale on that first pic and the weather vane, which is thin, light and easy to include in the package with the two Luke figures. That gantry would be better suited to being sold as a 1:6 environment (even if only including the part that Luke's standing on) than included in the box with the Bespin Luke. Plus the weather vane is very cool as a display and just as iconic to me as the gantry. I think it's a great pack-in, especially since they went the extra mile and included lights.

That's what I figure too. The gantry is a great opportunity to do an environment like the Indy map room. The weather vane is just a great bonus.

August well it only makes sense its seems like every Hot toys product at Side Show Collectables is listed as April, May or June including the newer preorders like Red Skull and Nick Fury.

I have a feeling they will post pone some of these releases inorder to push out some of the summer movie figures

Haha, seconded! Was totally looking forward to getting this in May. First payment went out on March 5th so I'll be done in May, at least, with plenty of time to spare. Guess better it's delayed and they do it right than they rush it out the door. Although I like the prototype a lot, still would be great if they can get the sculpt a little closer to Hamill.
