After looking at the pics of this figure on SSC site a moment ago I noticed the light sabers in every pic lit up. Wasn't like this before was it? Perhaps my prediction for the delay is true...

Yep, those are all the original pics. If you look on the bottom right of the pics, you'll see a disclaimer advising the saber doesn't light up.

I'll be displaying mine the same as shocktrooper_au, though I'll alternate Luke on the weather vane, too. Just such a cool display.

Also hoping they make a gantry, too. That would be an instant buy, no question.

I wonder if you will be able to add a right hand to the BD version so you can pose him dueling with Vader.

Yes. It's been said that the wrist will be magnetic so the other portion of the wrist and hand will be able to attach.

No prob. Check the official list of accessories. It should state it there about the magnetic part.
