I would say that is debatable. Sure its good and Im happy with it, but I would never want him to do another Harrison Ford release again. (Han Solo DX or any future Indy release, he can stay the hell away from it.)

Well, that's just what I'm trying to get to the bottom of. I see a lot of people just outright making things up and starting rumors and hoping for certain things. And then over time it turns into "HT said they were going to fix it and they never did." And people get all butt-hurt about what HT never said.

That's the whole thing that gets me is the HT never SAYS anything, they just produce it, then give it to bloggers and say "Here are nice photos by bloggers" That's all. But then, people think they "SAY" all this other stuff. They get hit from both sides. They never say what's going on, so people get mad at them for that, but then people start rumors about what they (don't) say, and that gets turned into fact, then people get mad when these false facts don't turn out to be true.

Could you point me to these things that people are making up?
It's hilarious that on one hand people are taking that unofficial Facebook comment as a certainty that Luke is going to be fixed whilst at the same time disbelieving the fact that a very similar thing happened with Indy?

Oh I like the HT Indy. I didnt say I didnt. As a matter of fact you can go back through the original HT Indy thread and see I was for it the whole way through, BUT at least Ive come to terms with it in person and can acknowledge its shortcomings. I say its debatable, because frankly, it is. Some love it. Some like it. Some Loathe it. Some can appreciate it. And some can despise it.

It definitely is not the end all be all 1:6 Indy. And I can acknowledge and live with that.

Thats where I am at too. I got two of them. One to keep as Raiders. And one to custom into a Temple of Doom version.

Its not a HT home run, but its workable.

HT was insisting that they had indeed "fixed" the sculpt and that we would all love it, and that all the figures we were seeing in the shows were just prototypes.

No, but they said "Indiana Jones fans do not worry" in regards to the dodgy pics posted online.

I doubt that HT said "Do not worry" about the pics from watermelon and and Tin (I think that was the name, I don't remember it was a gold logo). I think you have a fuzzy memory.
