I dont think HT ever addressed it. I believe it was Arnie Kim who responded via Facebook to his fans to "Not Worry" and that he was hard at work to "bring us the best 1:6 scale Indy blah blah".

Well, technically it wasnt HT who addressed it, but Kim, and I think that is because of how much crap he was getting on FB, and so he had to say something in his defense.

But I know he said it because I was one of those he responded too on FB. I seen it with me own two eyes!

Also, same with this, Indy wasnt shown till after SS was shipping. I think I remember seeing OMGs photo's like the week they were shipping, maybe a little before, but I know OMG was NOT impressed with him.
