Hey for anyone who has ordered from Sideshow in Australia, do they package the item nicely for shipping?? Do they wrap in bubble wrap and put the item in a another cardboard box?!?! Do they include the Hot Toys brown shipper box?!?!

They'll def include the Hot Toys brown shipper box but I don't think they'll bubble wrap it or anything else unless you request a pack out.

Hmm, so if they just ship it in the original Hot Toys shipper with no other protection, it's almost guaranteed to damage the item box inside right?!?!

Ive got a number of HT's from sideshow,and i am yet to receive a box that is damaged,,that being said,maybe im just lucky,But with it going down under,maybe you could request extra packaging or somthing

Just the HT shipper. If you're worried about the box a pack out is 10 bucks (?) more. I never bother, been lucky I guess.

Have you bought DX figures from them? Shipping out in just the brown Hot Toys shipper sounds bloody dangerous!!! Wouldnt that just get bent like crazy on its way to Australia????

FedEx are pretty good in my experience. I've had dozens of Sideshow deliveries Down Under for the past six years and there's been nothing but the odd barely noticeable ding in the outer box.

Right, so SSC dont just send it via the normal Australia Post, but use FedEx couriers?

Pretty much everyone is telling me to relax and that it should all be OK from SSC direct, even if it's just in the HT brown shipper. Maybe I'll just order it

Yeah thats my only nitpick with this figure, But since I dont plan on displaying him Dagobah style Im not that upset about it.

Though I can see a few people modding the head to fit a Bruce Lee muscle body, so it can be possible.

My buddy has had many items shipped from SS to AU. Most recent HT was Gordon. His came damaged. He has had a few boxes get beat up along the way, but the items themselves, for the most part, come in unharmed. That being said, SS always takes care of him whenever he has an issue.
