The Buck bodies have odd proportions and QC issues that can make posing difficult. For instance on my Kenobi the neck joint is a bit wonky so I can pretty much only turn his head right or left and sometimes it almost "snaps" back into place :lol Also the cut joint above the ankle is really loose so his boots can actually spin around if you flick them :lol

You can hide a lot of this with the layered clothing, but a TT or other body will give you much more natural poses than the Buck.

For sure. No need for a new Ben, IMO... A perfect one is just a body swap and paint job away (a fat suit helps too).

been posted before just unboxing video.

I'm sure they would make a better stock figure... in terms of paint and body. But the rest would be a push at best, and still I don't think that Old Ben sculpt could be improved on.

That would be cool... either that or I could see B&W friday being the day for him. Either way I just hope we don't have another year plus wait like we're having with Grievous.

Really starting to wonder if Grievous has been scrapped?

Best to take it with a grain of salt, but someone posted about Sideshow confirming this was still happening around SDCC. No explanation of why he wasn't on display... but that he would still happen.

So fingers crossed. I can't imagine they'd put that much R&D into a figure to scrap it.

Really starting to wonder if Grievous has been scrapped?

Don't even say that. Grievous is the one thing from the PT that I would say is on my must-have list. Articulated or not, I want him on my shelf.

I'd say it's highly likely at this point. SS probably bit off more than they could chew, but who knows until they make a official announcement.

There was this back in July:

According to RS report from sdcc "Not on display was the General Grievous we saw last year. Fear not, it hasn't been cancelled. Sideshow is still developing the articulation to insure the figure doesn't succumb to the forces of gravity. He may fall when battling General Kenobi, but that'll be the only time the production version will fall, so we can wait. "

Some hope.

Edit: I see galactiboy chimed in with pretty much the same info...
