I placed an order on a EX version last week, and I checked status today and it got changed to SHIPPING SOON, which, supposedly by Sideshow's fine print means -

ITEM(S) SHIPPING SOON, SHIPPING SOON/CONTACT TO CANCEL, SHIPPING SOON/ORDERS CANNOT BE UPDATED ONLINE. PLEASE CONTACT. will display if your pre-order is within 72 hours of shipping from our warehouse or when you place an order for in-stock merchandise. At this point, you will not be able to alter your information or cancel this order online and must contact our Customer Service Department by telephone for assistance. Customers in the U.S. should call 855- SIDESHOW and international customers should call (805) 214-2157.

I hope their fine print is correct!

Might contact Sideshow tomorrow and ask them to skip the flex pay and just charge the whole thing now. I don't think i can wait until December :panic:

What a business to be in huh? They produce something of this quality and we would eat out own to get at it first. And the truth is.. I'm very hungry at the moment ;)

The Buck bodies have odd proportions and QC issues that can make posing difficult. For instance on my Kenobi the neck joint is a bit wonky so I can pretty much only turn his head right or left and sometimes it almost "snaps" back into place :lol Also the cut joint above the ankle is really loose so his boots can actually spin around if you flick them :lol

You can hide a lot of this with the layered clothing, but a TT or other body will give you much more natural poses than the Buck.

I know exactly what your talking about. I've owned a lot of the SS Universal Monsters figures and Jason. Yeah, you right, the bodies suck and the boots can literally be spun around.
Funny enough, as big a Star Wars fan I am I've never owned any SS Star Wars figures. I've acutally been avoiding the whole Star Wars sub forum since I joined. There is so many characters and cool variants of them I feared I may put myself in the broke house. I pretty much collected anything Star Wars but the 1/6. Not anymore. :lol

Oh and I bought an Old Ben today. :rock
