Surprising since HT is usually known for making small heads, not large ones. This EX is extra cool and very symbolic probably the most important symbol in the OT)...but certainly not screen accurate.

Arrived today. Looks absolutely fantastic and the paint job is great. A little smaller in scale than the Sideshow 1:6 but still not bad. Would be great to see HT's take on the main humans from both trilogies. Definitely looking forward to seeing them finally reveal Han, Anakin and hopefully others. The DX 2-fig setup is a pretty nice value IMO. Hopefully future DXs might be distince versions like Ep II Anakin/Ep III Anakin, Bespin Han/Hoth Han, Princess Leia/Slave Leia, etc.

It's very different. In size and detail.

The head is 1:6 scale. The PF head is 1:4 scale. I haven't compared them side by side as far as sculpt quality, expression, etc. because most of the fig is back in the box and the PF is downstairs.

Yup. I got them for decent prices too. Vader was $200 shipped and Ben was $80 shipped. Im pretty damn excited.

Can't believe I am going to say this but....ordered!!!

Told myself not to get into Star Wars collecting but this figure is damn good from the pics you guys have all shown. Had to stick it on flexpay though because I paid off Tony Soprano custom this month and a flexpay on Joker Dx11 but damn I can't wait for this guy. My plan is to stick to just hot toys star wars to help my wallet!! Good thing is, my Batman collection is all pre ordered as well as Avengers so Star Wars will be the only thing left for me.

The DX range is a real jaw dropper, love the little touches they add, Jack Sparrow DX is my best figure but this one could very well top that!

Got him today. Nice figures overall. No surprises from the prototype. I think the clean head actually looks better in person than in pics, while the BD head looks a bit worse somehow. All 4 magnets on my figure were unglued.

I love this figure I've been messing around with him for an hour or so. The only thing that was wrong with mine were the batteries in the weather vane, they died within 2 minutes. Over all I am very happy!

Shhh, it keeps my fiance happy knowing I won't have many to buy haha.

But I know what you mean, I'd love a Robert De Niro figure if one is ever made (custom or official!).
