It's a plug but it's different than the usual application. Usually when you pop off a head, the connector is secured in the bottom of the sculpt. Here when you remove the head, the plug stays on the body. It's on there pretty tight but it can come off. Check eBay and you'll see bodies and sculpts both being sold with and without the neck connector

Poor Luke can't breathe, that Jedi outfit is amazing. Is that from another figure or custom. Would be awesome to do a battle damaged Luke from Jedi when he is fighting the Emperor and Lord Vader

I bashed the medi and some other parts, dremmeled out the inside of the boots and repainted them, and dyed the suit. Recolored and moded the DX07 belt.

Jedijim was completely right about the Luke sculpt looking massively better with different hair.

Nope, that's not actually darkened just oiled for casting. I'm in the process of completely changing it (as best i can) to match Jedi Luke. I've cast certain elements (so they feel like the HT ones) then I'm gonna try and sculpt them together to make a new hairpiece.
That may or may not work out!

It's true about the hair. It's still not perfect but you can see a lot more Hamill when you pop the wig off.

This fig is full of awesomeness in hand. Lovin' this guy. Finally got time to dig in since I got my power back. HT did a great job on this one. No QC issues whatsoever with mine. My only nitpick is the turtleneck collar. Aside from that, the joints are a bit too tight at the shoulders ( never thought I'd complain about tight joints ). I open his shirt every time to see the joint before raising his arms so I don't bend it the wrong way and snap it.

Yes. It's a pain is the a$$. Just keep pulling while bracing the rest on the arm firmly. It will come free but its tough.
