That means also HT Han Solo re-release?

FYI, just a warning - I moved my HT Luke's PERS eyes (after a long while in the same position) and some kind of yellowish rubber gasket/o-ring came out into the eye. After taking it all apart, it seems both eyes have a little rubbery o-ring where the eyeball sits against the socket and I guess with time it comes apart or the rubber disintegrates.

The other eyeball's o-ring seems to be crumbling rather than coming out in one circle piece - there were a few little bits on the eye, but they're hard to get off the eyeball surface because they're slightly sticky, but I managed to get nearly all of it off.

Wow. What's the fix for that? I picked my set up at a premium. Do these DX figures have a limited shelf life?

Yeah, mine's been in the same (pretty neutral) eye pose for maybe two years. Decided to freshen things up and... bam!:slap:lol

With the o-ring things removed, there's no gap or anything between eyeball and socket - it's almost like rubbery paper - so no lasting visual problem so far. The crumbling o-ring is the bigger issue - there was a half dozen tiny sticky bits to get off the eye surface.

Can you take pics? Just so I can have a better picture of what happened.

I hope a 2.0 of Bespin is in the works soon. The head sculpt could use an update.

I was so panicked I didn't take pics.:lol

Basically, I moved the eyes and small part-circle of yellow appeared on one side of the eye (like he had pus infection in the lids:panic:) and when I pulled on it, a full circle came out. Then I noticed it was happening on the other side too, but was more in pieces. Tried blowing but because it's slightly rubbery, it sticks to the eye surface so went in with a lupe and fine tweezers. Needle was best for other teeny bits. Took maybe 30-45 mins all up.

I think there's a tiny rubber seating for the eyes on the lids and the rubber has degraded and come loose.

I still got my DX04 Bruce lee PERS head, I just checked it and its still as good as the first day when I got it.

I think it have something to do with your collection room or the way the figure was stored.

Man hope that eye problem is an isolated case. Here I was hoping for all the new SW figures to have PERS, maybe it's better they don't now.

Somewhat climate controlled, though there's been some really low humidity in the last few days (around the time I moved the eyes) so maybe that contributed to it.

Bought this a few years ago but only got to set him up today.

Naturally I had to glue the holster magnet back on. Stupid me did it the wrong way around so it wouldn't closed. Had to remove it and try again. :lol

Had both Luke's out in the deltoff since they were released. Still box fresh! I make sure they are not in any direct sunlight as the UV light destroys the clothes.

I like everything about the Bespin Dx but the head sculpt. As such, I passed when it was released and decided to wait for an eventual 2.0. However, when Hoth Luke came out I decided to cobble together my own Bespin Luke using the hoth head and hot toys outfit. I personally think it looks more like Hamill as Luke, though I have never seen the Hot Toys head in person to compare them.

The belt, boots, and weapons are from the Sideshow figure. The body is a knock-off HT slim. With all the upcoming releases, I needed to put this together this on a tight budget but I really like how it turned out.

(Yes I know it looks silly with the two lightsabers. I was fiddling with poses and forget to take the one off his belt)

Looks good, especially considering what you have invested in it. Nice job.

I also prefer the SSC Luke Hoth sculpt over the HT Luke.

I thought about getting the boots. They would definitely add the most out of any enhancement I could consider. However, I think they are currently too pricey. Perhaps if I find a good deal or when the 2.0 comes out. I noticed that the damaged boots go for cheaper than the regular on ebay. Is there any difference between the two?
