Just ordered one from another member for 500. A little bummed after just reading the above comments but oh well haha... hopefully still a good price. Looking forward to it.

I personally think it's worth $500. That's essentially $250 per figure that come with a myriad of display options. As I mentioned, wouldn't go any higher than that though.

I did that too, and it looks amazing, but then something went wrong with the electronics - it stayed on permanently unless I took the batteries out. Anyone else had this?

no I have not had any problem with the hot toys luke light saber arm. I turn it on every now and then and it works good still

First post here after lurking for a couple years, and I figured it should be in this thread since this was my first figure and still my favorite. My brother and I grew up collecting Star Wars figures together and he was never able to get this set so when he came to visit a couple years ago I split my set and gave him one of the figures. What I have now is the clean head with the bd suit. That was always my favorite combination.

I've never been able to switch out to the anh saber arm though! When I try to pull off the bespin arm it won't budge.

Display it? :lol

The clean figure at least.

lol that would be the obvious choice! I might once I get some more shelving.. I'm trying to limit myself to one of each character for now. (with the exception of old luke... I need an old luke...)

I'll probably save them for now and maybe sell the rest of the set off later - I really just wanted the battle damaged haha

On a side note, anyone know if the LED ANH Luke arm is easy to swap and has the same skin tone? Was also thinking of picking up a few extra of the ANH Luke hands/pegs if they fit the DX07 body..

Haha. Yeah, I gotcha. I would just sell it in that case.

It pretty much is and that's exactly what I did with mine!

Keep in mind, it may be that only one of the DX Luke bodies has the easily swappable forearm. Admittedly I didn't strip the figure (because WARNING: the Bespin outfit buttons WILL break on you if you keep taking the jacket on and off) but I even used a hairdryer and it just wouldn't budge. I only have one Bespin Luke body - I don't have the set and bought it loose, so have no idea which one I got.

I ended up giving one of the Lukes to a buddy of mine. Just didn't have a need for two of the same character in the same outfit. I just ended up weathering the clean one to my liking.

Did you have to change the arm pegs or anything? Or can you pretty much just pop off the forearm and attach the LED one?

Any idea if the ANH hands are interchangeable with the bespin hands/arms ?

They are compatible. I popped the elbow joint of my clean version DX to attach the ANH light up saber.

mine is on the battle damaged version of luke. believe it or not I did not have that much trouble taking the arm off just tugged it once and the arm came off with ease. it`s been there ever since ever once in a while I turn the switch on to see if the batteries still work and they do

I'm inclined to say this also. I think the right forearm on the body of the BD figure is meant to detach easier than on the body on the clean figure, so that way you can easily swap in the forearm that has the stump. I presume when fabricating the set, HT imagined nobody would be putting the forearm with the stump on the clean figure.
