Just a question for those who have this-- is the body basically equivalent to a generic narrow-shouldered body? Or is it even more narrow than that?

I'm looking into putting one together from ebay parts, but can't tell if the original body is something I really need or not...

am i crazy or was there a knock-off kit of this?

Edit: Never mind, looks like I probably do need the slim body.

I swapped mine onto a Luke Stormtrooper body and it looks much better. The original body is fantastic but too tall.

Though still a nice gesture to recognize having used someone else's pose, it's not like people put a patent on figure poses. :lol

It's much smaller than a Narrow Shoulder (TTM-18) style body. TTM-22 "Slim" is the closest, but this has some alternate parts.

would appreciate a answer very much- the ver with the luke vader head is referred to as the "exclusive edition" correct? or they all had it?

those KO 1/6 lightsabers sold individually that light up any good? keep thinkin they may be ugly and larger compared to the HT hilts etc to accommodate the battery thing. anyone got one?

I got one a few years ago and they aren't very good. Only light up about halfway up the blade. The hot toys are better and brighter
because they have bigger batteries since they go in the arm and not the hilt.

love this set!:clap

clean ver out so far and its great, fun to pose. def feels like a relic abit tho, HT have improved so much. got it mint and was in SS shipper, been mint in that since 2011.

question- no surprise glue in magnets have failed in hair piece and scalp. any advice on type of glue to use? was thinking small drops of super glue but dont want that to eat away the plastic and wondered if there was a better suggestions or that would be fine etc?

CA (super glue) is what was used originally AFAIK. Just use a good brand an appropriate quantity and set time. But if you can get the surfaces super clean and super flat, you can also use a good quality (3M) acrylic double-sided (permanent) adhesive - the kind used to hold glass fronts on computer displays and phones.

Well thanks to Neb, I finally got myself a pretty cool looking Luke (at least until Jedi Luke comes along). And of course I had to get one of the lightup ANH lightsabers for it as well. The likeness looks pretty good to me for the most part, if a bit too idealized and square-jawed for Hamill.

I'd still like to weather the belt, outfit and boots a little bit, to more how he looked in the early Bespin scenes. I'm still not sure why HT didn't just make one slightly weathered Bespin Luke-- as he most often appears in the movie-- instead of one that's either super clean or completely trashed, but oh well.
