CSC also makes you deal with the manufacturer if your item is broken...I've tried. Not to be on BBTS' nuts, but with the current crop of Hot Toys releases with QC problems, I want my dealer to send me a replacement and not have to wait three months for Hot Toys to send a leg flap for Ironman MKIV.

BBTS will send a replacement, they won't make you deal with the manufacturer which is great. I didn't know CSC does this though, so new reward system or not I'll be sticking with BBTS.

OR if BBTS dont have a replacement they will refund your money INCLUDING shipping amount. I know because I experienced it once. They mailed me the wrong item and refunded the price plus shipping as store credit...

there isn't any other figure that I'm really excited to get but this one...I've been wanting to get the EB Bruce's but they are just too darn expensive nowadays..I had the first GOD EB Bruce but I wasn't too crazy bout' the head sculpt so I sold it...but HT version with all the extras, cant beat it !!

I just bought the DX calm head and fighting pose hands (thumb and pinkie outstretched, middle fingers closed) off ebay.

Will make nice additions and alternates for my Hot Toys casual Bruce!
