Hot Toys DX04 - Enter the Dragon: Bruce Lee 1/6th scale Collectible Figure

Yeah, PERS works for this figure. I think it was executed nicely.

I'm pretty sure though that HT then got lazy and used the same PERS unit they did for him in the rest of the DX's. That's why the likenesses are so off as they have to be compromised to fit around the Bruce PERS unit instead of having one custom made for each head. Obviously some heads are smaller and it works on them, that's why some DX's are better than others.

I'll probably have another go at snapping it back at some point but I'm not going to get OCD about it as the tape works well enough.

DX04 is my first HT figure since Rocky & Clubber partially for financial reasons and also because I moved away from 1:6 collecting for a while so it's been great to recieve this figure and see first hand how they've improved.

I've also got Deluxe Jack Sparrow and Iron Man Mark VI on the way and Nick Fury pre-ordered so my 2nd HT collecting phase is off to a great start

Yeah, tape is your friend, it doesn't always matter what goes on at the back of a figure as nobody will really see it.

Bruce will probably be the only DX I'll ever own.

Not my greatest pic ever but here's how I've currently got Bruce displayed,

Once the feet for the other body arrive I'll put the stealth suit on it and stand both figures on the base.

I'm also considering getting that Enterbay body with the Mr Han headsculpt as I've also seen some custom attire for it on ebay....there's no claw hands but it'd still be nice to have.

The TTM-17 comes with feet, it'd be the body I'd advise anyone doing a spare Bruce to get.

As for the RM-5, Breakersrevenge and Kunch are working on gear for Mr Han which does include claws. There isn't much info at the moment though.

The extra body I bought was from one of the casual attired Bruce figures so it's the same one minus the blood and the feet are from DX04.

Intresting info on the claw hands as well, I'll keep an eye out for more news of those.

I cheaped out and got regular TT feet for one of mine. The ankle ball joint is slightly too big - it fits ok but affects stability.

Ouch, stability is the last issue you want Bruce to be hit by.

...I do have the two bodies that came with the DX ex, so I tell myself having two for dynamic poses and one that keeps a sort of narrow stance is ok. Or I try to tell myself it's ok. I really know it's crap though and I shoulda shelled out for the proper feet

Mine were a tad cheaper and it sucks that they cost so much but when I've got the 2nd figure on display I'll inevitably forget about the cost or at least until my credit card statement arrives

They haven't eve brought down the price of the spare DX body either. It's cheaper to get a TTM-17 and put in the detail yourself, which wouldn't be tricky if you had a 1/6 Han claw.

even the HT suit/casual are fetching around £40 without any feet!!

Have you already put the undershorts on that body? It may help smooth out the suit over the crotch piece.

dont have them.i had a spare BL body and rather than splash out £40-50 on HT body just modded the neck.turned out fine
