Nothing worse then getting a pre-order in then it not arriving because they couldn't get the stock & then having to pay over inflated Ebay prices for something you should have had if the useless firm had bothered fulfilling your order.

Got mine in today. Cool figure. What's crazy is that outside of a few body improvements the original Sovereign Studios Batman was pretty damn close to this back in 2005. This one almost smells as bad too.
