none really just crunching it together and pulling it down

In the inside cape (You have to notice the different fabric spot real closely

Once you widen it, apply the pole like so

Some of the holes are seamed shut for some reason. I really think it sucks that on a 240 collectible they can't cut the holes, leaving the collector to try his luck and cutting it without ruining the cape or returning it over such a stupid HT oversight...

Got mine in and he's great. Only complaint is that the skin tone on the face makes him look like he's been in Florida tanning for a week...

Mine also didn't appear to have the holes cut on the cape. The reinforced stitching is there where they should be, but didn't look like the holes were cut.

Yeah, mine neither. I am hesitant to cut them myself but then if I return it, it sounds like my chances are high to get another one not cut.....

I kinda felt the same way when I opened my Jack Sparrow and saw him for the first time! Skin tone looked a few notched to dark.....oh well he is a pirate that hangs around in the Caribbean!!

Thanks...there is so much extra cape the only way I could get a nice natural looking hang was to gather it in the back & clip it...I'll try to post a pic shortly.

It's the lens distortion of the camera making it look a bit tall & skinny and with long ears...

I can make the cape look pretty good from the front & the sides...
