Sideshow has to release him again...then send him to secondary retailers like CSC, BBTS, and AEC, as well as people whom must have preordered later than everyone who got thiers in February or preordered while Batman was in stock but there were not enough figures to go around...then this second batch of Batman figures has to arrive at their next, and in some cases, next-next [new phrase] destinations...

This Means AE won't be shipping the combo pack for a long while. Don't mind it too much though as Im spending too much cash on sideshow stuff at the moment.

For people who have the AE combo pack on PO, any news as to when they will be shipping these? Perhaps late April?

I still need to have a look at how to open the holes in my cape to do a pose like that. What do we think just take a knife to it?

I used an exacto blade on my first cape. But as others have said be very careful how you do it, as you don't want to puncture the outer layer.


Incidentally the cape above is the second one I bought (stock and mint) and the holes were pre-cut.


I will never use my second cape for anything but the open cape look. I never want to bend the wires, as once you do the above display never looks the same again.

All I can say is that after futzing the first cape to hang down, this is the best I could get it to look open:

With great determination and patience somebody might be able to do better.
