Is it the faces that make this figure pop so fantastically? The costume is not without minor issues (Wrist barbs a bit fragile, PERS hatch) but on the whole is a well made and solid ensemble...

Without wanting to sit on the fence and say it's the whole package that makes this figure as awesome as it is the face plates are only a small part it. Hot Toys could of included only one face plate and sculpted into the headsculpt and this figure wouldn't be any worse for it.

This is the very best figure in my modest collection and a worthy conclusion to the HT money drain.

I would agree with you. Like I said in my video, everything looks fantastic but getting the look of those faces right brought it home as far as resembling Keaton.

I forgot to mention in the video that in the box they also give a transparent bat signal logo that you could use a flash light to shine through to create the bat sginal look. Nice little touch.

Masterpiece, indeed.

I can say without doubt best resemblance of a character in my detolfs thus far with (Dx Sparrow) a close second. Easily overtook Wolverine as my favorite piece in the collection.

I love the flowing cape, that looks AWESOME Jye!!!
I took some more pics of my Bats, I just can't stop picking him up and changing something. I was a little pissed about hearing leaking with this figure, but I am glad I bought it anyway, this figure is a absolute Masterpiece.

I like the pose and the pic is nice and clear, someday I need to invest in a better camera, but HT figs come first. With HT rolling out the avengers figs (or I should say announcements, setbacks are inevitable) in record speed I hope my wallet can keep up.

Wow I didn't realize you could position the cape that much with the rods in them. Awesome!!! Are the rods bendy? When I did my video review, I didn't take the rods out yet to set them up.
