Great shots!
Nice pics.
Very nice Fiend. And you haven't noticed any unwanted side effects of your blood removal job?
that chrome really pops out since you modded it, is that a good or bad thing in person now?
What's your opinion Fiend..I'm curious if I should mod it.
At first I wanted to experiment on the removal of the smeared flesh blood, but looking at these makes me think all it needs is the chrome blood cleaned up instead.
of course lighting and background can change an appearance of a figure dramatically that's why I want your opinion on how it really looks to the naked eye after your mod.
I'm not above going full on when it comes to mods, example
I just wonder if it's worth it for the DX13
I just wish mine would show up already so I can see for myself .
Looks like tomorrow for me now
Nice frozen T-1000 there. How'd you go about adding the frosted effect?
Awesome pics everyone! Today's the day! Mine will be here and I can't wait! Will post some pics and a video when it arrives.
I couldn't wait either for this figure! A year!!!!
Damn fast shipping from Blackopstoys. I realised I needed a non-BD M79 grenade launcher for my SWAT shootout T-800 and ordered one on their site about an hour ago. Already shipped.
Thanks guys.
No side effects a-dev. That layer of the blood on the endo parts must have been the last and thinnest layer they put on because even with me rubbing at it and the alcohol the surrounding parts weren't affected at all.
I think it looks great in hand. You should do what I did and just take blood off the exposed endo area in the back of his head first and see how it looks. That's way it's not visible and no a biggie.
Speaking on the blood smear removal, someone already did it. I think everyone missed it initially ,as did I. I came across it last night and quoted it for others who may not have seen it but no one commented. I can't remember who did it. The post is a few pages back.
It's funny I'm looking on ebay at some 1/6 grenade launchers and the COOModel version is all the over the place. I remember before the DX10 it was hard to come by. They have a new one out with wood and metal components.
I might've..what was your post or comment.
I'll take your word for it, I'll start with the endo parts first. I think I'll try the BD arm as well.
Which is the one I ordered. I was confused at first, I assumed it was just an M79 parted out from COO's original set which I once had and didn't remember it having real wood or metal parts. I realised it must be new, hadn't heard anything about it though.
A new series of detolf floors that I am working on.
