Oh, I've always got room for Arnie.

Completely forgot about this figure with all that's been happening lately with the other releases and announcements. Decided to weather up the BD jacket a bit. I didn't realize til now that the BD jacket was essentially the regular one but with the arm bit ripped off. Didn't notice the lack of any weathering on it til now. Need to add a bit more of a dusted look to top it off.

Great pic, Holo! All joking aside, I really need to buy this.

Fantastic :clap :clap :clap

Those mutha effing jacket buttons! Where can I buy a few thousand of these damn things and how on Earth do I get them back on the jacket, preferably permanently?

I'm also thrilled to discover a scuffed area on the semi bd head. Sometimes I wonder if collecting this crap is worth the stress.

Great shots, more great cameras, damn you all!

I know what you mean. ''Did I cause that scuff or was it always there? If the latter, why didn't I notice it before? Now I have to deal with that, other people don't have to deal with that'' etc etc

Anyone else facing an issue with the dx13 belt on pants turning white... Mine is loosing the black leather look ... Wondering if I am the only one facing the issue with dx13

Finally took a look at this pic on my desktop. That's an amazing shot, man!

If anyone has any tips on gluing these silver buttons, please let me know.

The silver buttons on the lapels? Do yours keep falling off? The one or two that have fallen off over the years seem to stay on with a small dab of Loctite adhesive. If you need extras small pinheads do the trick.

Its supposed to be dark brown leather.

Yes mine was dark leather when I bought, it's now like the polish went away and kinda whitish... So was wondering if anyone else is also facing the same....

Yep, those silver buttons. Which specific loctite product would you recommend? The GO2 description says it dries crystal clear, which would be good thing in this case.

That clarity is awesome. I might steal this pose for my one DX13, kinda bored with the static pose.

I don't know what happened to my stock head, but for some reason compared to the photos here, my semi-BD head comes off abit dull looking,
It could be all in my head, here's the picture:

Full_Size_Render_4.jpg

which really bugs me for some reason, so I decided to do some minor repaint (using my Enterbay 1/4 BD as skin tone reference) ;

first step, erase some of the blood jam, darken it & add a slight black wash :

2nd step, try to emulate that veiny almost slightly sickly look that 1/4 EB BD got goin
also giving his lips (on mine it looks almost flat) that little shine, this wont be everyones cup of tea;

final step, really go crazy on the semi BD jacket :) :

the difference is subtle, but its getting there.

I'm with you on the repainting of the BD parts and the weathering of the jacket, maybe not the lips...

the jacket though, is that really a DX13 jacket? Great job on weathering and futzing.
